Affiliate Manager

What you would do:


• Research and Recruit new affiliates, affiliate networks, publishers and partnerships;
• Maximize campaigns profits by expending affiliates activities;
• Monitor, analyse and optimize all campaigns to meet ROI goals;
• Test new partners and channels to find additional qualified sources of traffic;
• Develop and maintain existing relations with affiliates through email, Skype and phone calls;
• Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space and monitor competitors’ activities;
• Build relationships, negotiation of deals and maximize performance from existing affiliates;
• Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme;

• Participate in professional Conferences.

 
What we would like you to have: 

• Meaningful experience as an affiliate manager (at least 6 months);
• Internet savviness & strong research skills;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Driven and results-oriented personality;
• Highly organized, self-sufficient and self-motivated;
• Fluency in English – both written and verbal;
• Additional language – an advantage;
• Experience in a gambling/ finance company – an advantage
