Customer Support Representative with German and English
What you would do:
• Provide online troubleshooting by chat, phone calls & Emails;
• Resolve customer queries while keeping both the company and customer’s best interest in min;
• Maintain an excellent customer satisfaction level for both chat & Email;
• Perform proactive phone calls to customers according to predefined segments;
• Report relevant departments regarding site issues, in accurate content and trouble shooting;
• Report in a timely manner VIP and regular customer escalations;
What we would like you to have:
• German and English - excellent level of speaking and writing;
• Experience working with customers;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic environment;
• Previous experience in the Gaming industry or Forex – an advantage;
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule (8:00-16:00, 12:00-20:00; 16:00-24:00h), including weekends and holidays.
