Customer Service Specialist
What you would do:
• Deliver extraordinary support to the customers;
• Localize content on regular basis;
• Localize marketing materials;
• Maintain community and social media channels;
What we would like you to have:
• Experience as a customer support agent – a must;
• Fluency in English – a must;
• Experience in leading/supervising small teams;
• Second foreign language – big advantage;
• Experience in the gaming industry - big advantage!
• Good typing skills.
Would be a great plus if you:
• Have been responsible for translations or localizing content;
• Have been managing social media and other community channels;
• Have a working level proficiency in the following languages: Russian, German, Scandinavian;
• Can work on weekends and do late shifts, occasionally.
