Sales Team Lead/Manager

What you would do:


• Managing sales department including hands-on sales, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth and to expand the company’s customer base;

• Managing a team of 5+ people and ensuring targets for both individual and team are met; 

• Developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, pipelines and action plans required to achieve company’s financial goals;

• Own, hit and exceed monthly sales targets within assigned territory and accounts;

• Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions;

• Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcome through the establishment of sales scripts, trainings and procedures;

• Act as first point of contact for escalations & online challenges/opportunities;

• Suggest and improve New/Existing working tools and processes for maximal efficiency of the departmental overall performance.

 
What we would like you to have: 

• Proven experience in online sales 3+ years in a similar role;

• Managerial experience as well as Hands-on approach;

• Experience in Business Development and cold calling;

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to actual sale;

• Acquaintance with the gaming and forex industry – an advantage; 

• Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills;

• Capacity to learn, adapt and operate in a fast and dynamic environment;

• Ability to multi-task between different responsibilities and proven time management skills;

• Proficiency in English - a must.
