VIP Account Manager with English

What you would do:

   • Provide service by phone & е-mail;

   • Resolve customer queries while keeping both the company’s and customer’s best interest in mind;

   • Work according to departmental and company protocols and work procedures;

   • Maintain an excellent customer satisfaction level for both phone & е-mail;

   • Perform pro-active phone calls to customers according to predefined segments;

   • Report to relevant departments regarding site issues or inaccurate content;

   • Maintain a clean work environment and respect office equipment;

   • Generate and organize weekly potential, active and lapsed VIP lists for contact;

   • Appropriate offers and treatment;

   • One to one knowledge of customer base building profiles including playing behaviours, interests, likes and dislike.

What we would like you to have: 

   • Written and spoken English at native level;

   • Experience in Sales and/ or Service – a must;

   • Previous experience in the Gaming industry or Forex – an advantage;

   • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

   • Team Player and positive attitude;

   • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic environment.
